Thank you for visiting and shopping at ViaGadget. Our mission is to connect innovative products with customers worldwide through reliable tracked delivery, backed by our explicit Item Delivery Guarantee. The following terms and conditions constitute our official Shipping and Fulfillment Policy.

  1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders undergo a brief handling phase before dispatch. Processing generally takes 2 to 5 business days, during which we verify product availability, conduct standard quality control checks, and securely package your items. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on regional holidays or weekends.

If we experience an unusually high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by a few days. If there is a significant, unexpected delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you directly via email.

  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We provide Tracked International Shipping on orders to ensure complete peace of mind. Shipping charges for your order, if applicable, will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and represent typical delivery windows. Actual delivery dates may vary based on your precise location, local carrier performance, seasonal high volumes, or customs clearance procedures.

  1. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your active tracking number(s) as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking links typically become active and start displaying updates within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. You can track your package progress directly through your order confirmation email or via our main website tracking page.

  1. Multiple and Partial Shipments

Because we curate items from specialized global suppliers to offer the best prices, orders containing multiple different products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If your order is split, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package, and items may arrive a few days apart.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or local handling fees once a package arrives in your destination country. These fees are determined entirely by your local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. ViaGadget is not responsible for any additional fees imposed during or after shipping, nor are we liable for customs processing delays in your region.

  1. Delays and Force Majeure

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely arrivals, external factors outside of our direct control—such as severe weather disruptions, natural disasters, international customs backups, postal worker strikes, or global supply chain issues—can cause unforeseen delivery delays. ViaGadget is not liable for logistics delays caused by these events, but our support team will aggressively assist in tracking and monitoring your package until it arrives safely.

  1. Item Delivery Guarantee

To protect your purchase against severe shipping issues, every order is backed by our Item Delivery Guarantee. If an item is not successfully delivered or resolved within 14 weeks from the official shipment date, you qualify for a full refund or a free replacement reshipment.

To claim assistance under this guarantee, please contact us at hello@viagadget.com with your original order number. Missing package claims submitted past this 14-week window will be reviewed individually at our discretion.

  1. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout. ViaGadget is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address inputs.

If your package is returned to our handling facility because it was unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees required to send the item out a second time.

If carrier tracking shows a package as successfully completed and delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check with family members, neighbors, or your local postal branch before contacting our support team.

  1. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives physically damaged or incomplete, please preserve all original packaging materials and damaged goods exactly as they arrived. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at hello@viagadget.com with clear photos of the damaged items and the external shipping boxes so we can process a fast replacement or claim coverage on your behalf. Lost packages formally verified and written off by the shipping carrier will automatically qualify for a free replacement or a full store refund.
